RESERVE YOUR TABLE

DEALERS ROOM REGISTRATION FEES

The following rates apply until February 28, 2026.

• One Table with One Convention Pass — $400

• Two Tables with One Convention Pass — $500

• Two Tables with Two Convention Passes and program book advertising (Quarter Page ad) —$800

• Three Tables with Two Convention Passes and program book advertising (Half Page Ad)—$950

• Three Tables with Three Convention Passes and program book advertising (Full Page Ad)—$1500

After March 1, 2026, the cost of Dealers Room tables will follow this schedule.

• One Table with One Convention Pass — $550

• Two Tables with One Convention Pass — $650

• Two Tables with Two Convention Passes and program book advertising — $1000

• Three Tables with Two Convention Passes and program book advertising — $1100

• Three Tables with Three Convention Passes and program book advertising — $1750

The Dealers Room will be in the Westin's Allegheny Ballroom I.

SPECS FOR DEALERS

• Tables for the dealer's room are standard hotel long tables measuring 6'x30"

• The layout plan is to encircle the large ballroom with tables near walls, but there is no guarantee of placement location. Vendors wishing to use vertical space or backdrops should provide their own screens/easels/etc.

• Electrical outlets are available on many nearby walls, but vendors may need to provide their own extension cords or power strip blocks in order to utilize them, or may need to share with neighbors.

• Some powerblocks or other items may be rented or supplied for a fee from the hotel. Special needs or other tech requests should contact info@stokercon.com
